Sentinel Healthcare Development Partners, LLC is an unpopulated joint venture between ITS, LLC and NHRD, LLC. ITS, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), serves as the managing partner.

 

Our JV is purpose-built to develop and deliver mission-critical healthcare facilities for federal agencies serving Veterans, Active Duty service members, and their families.

 

ITS brings extensive federal contracting experience across numerous agencies and SDVOSB compliance, while NHRD brings commercial healthcare real estate development depth. The combined team brings direct experience across development, design management, construction oversight, and long-term healthcare facility operations. The JV is structured in full compliance with 13 CFR 128.402 requirements for SDVOSB joint ventures.
